Begin your journey with a psychometric assessment and 360-degree feedback. A dedicated 1:1 coaching session helps you uncover your strengths, leadership patterns and aspirations, building the self-awareness that will shape everything ahead.
Module 02 - Elevate launch
Meet your cohort, coaches and the journey ahead. This is where your network begins, a community of ambitious women ready to invest in their leadership, support each other and grow together throughout Elevate.
Module 03 - Developing the inner edge of leadership
Great leadership starts from within. Using feedback, coaching and reflection, you'll gain deeper insight into your strengths, values and leadership style and begin building the intentional, authentic approach that sets exceptional leaders apart.
Module 04 - Vision, aspiration and leadership direction
Turn insight into direction. Underpinned by neuroscience, you'll build a clear leadership vision, identify your key champions and create a practical strategy for the next three to six months leaving with real momentum.
