Biography
Dan is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Foresight VCT and Chair of the Nomination Committee. Dan has commercial experience in the UK and internationally, successfully growing and scaling companies funded by private equity.
Dan, a qualified Chartered Accountant, was most recently the Chief Executive Officer at Education Development Trust and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Sparx Learning. He has been an active angel investor in the UK in the tech, AI and services sectors.
Dan is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
