Biography
John is a resident of Guernsey and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He was a former senior audit partner at BDO LLP, where he led the firm’s Consumer Markets practice in London, acting as lead audit partner to major UK and international companies and supporting numerous successful flotations, sales and refinancings. Over twenty years in practice and fourteen as a non-executive director he has developed an extensive breadth of experience and knowledge across a broad range of businesses including in corporate governance, audit, valuations, investment appraisal, risk management and international financial reporting, all of which he brings to the Board.
Since 2013, John has held a number of non‑executive roles across UK and US listed funds and international groups, including as Audit Committee Chair at the Super Group, BH Macro, International Public Partnerships, Market Tech, Safecharge International, Twenty Four Income and Stride Gaming.
