What is the AIB Foresight SME Limited Partnership?

The Fund invests into established companies on a sector agnostic basis, particularly those that are committed to reducing their carbon emissions and, in turn, supporting the transition to a low carbon economy across Ireland and Northern Ireland. The Fund is supported by Allied Irish Banks (“AIB”), as cornerstone investor, and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (“ISIF”). 

Who is it for?

Established, profitable companies generating in excess of €0.5 million EBITDA, but with flexibility to invest at pre-profit stage for high potential low carbon opportunities

Sector agnostic SMEs with the potential to implement sustainable best practices, including a commitment to reducing carbon emissions

Company headquarters, or significant operations, people or trading, in Ireland or Northern Ireland

All transaction types, including buy-outs, buy-ins, equity release, acquisition finance and growth capital
