Foresight provides £40 million senior debt facility to leading SME stock funder Revolve

Manchester: Foresight Group (“Foresight”) a leading regional private equity, private credit and real assets manager, has provided a £40 million senior debt facility to Revolve (the “Company”), a leading provider of stock and working capital loans to UK small and medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”).

Revolve (formerly Seneca Trade Partners), based in Manchester, offers short term revolving loans of up to £300k to SMEs to fund the purchase of stock or for general working capital requirements. Since the Company was founded in 2016 by an experienced team of asset-based lending professionals, it has provided more than £250 million of stock finance to over 500 clients.

The new facility adds additional lending capacity and will position the Company to scale its loan book and provide much needed flexible financing to SMEs across the UK.
