Foresight invests in Distology to support next phase of growth

Manchester, 01 September 2026: Foresight Group ("Foresight"), a leading regional private equity and real assets investment manager, has announced its investment in Distology ("the Company"), a specialist value-added distributor of cybersecurity technologies headquartered in Stockport, supporting disruptive vendors across Northern Europe through the IT channel.

Distology serves customers across the UK and Northern Europe, supported by operations in the Netherlands and Germany. The Company distributes leading and emerging cybersecurity technologies and services across the EMEA region, with its services team, Distology Studios, providing expertise in Workspace Identity, Consumer Identity and Software Engineering.

Foresight's investment will support the next phase of Distology's growth, enabling continued investment in people, technology and strategic initiatives while expanding the Company's reach. The investment reflects Foresight's long-standing commitment to backing ambitious regional businesses and management teams and further strengthens its growing North West portfolio. 

Distology has established itself as a recognised leader within the IT channel, with founder and CEO Hayley Roberts named among the Top 20 EMEA Channel Leaders. The business has also been recognised among the Top 200 Women-Powered Businesses and at the Northern Power Women Awards.
