Charlie Wright

Biography

Charlie joined Foresight Group in 2017 and is a Director in the London office where he focuses on managing and deploying capital in energy transition and environmental infrastructure. He has recently joined the senior management team responsible for FGEN and has over 17 years’ experience in the infrastructure and renewables sector as an equity investor, a project director and an adviser. He has overseen and managed circa £700m of investment across various sectors and geographies over the last few years.
 
Before joining Foresight, Charlie was an Investment Manager at John Laing for three years, specialising in European renewable generation investments. Prior to this, he began his career at KPMG in 2006, where he worked in the infrastructure and renewables advisory practice, providing strategic advisory services to both private and public sector clients.
 
Charlie holds a BA in History from Exeter University as well as an ICAEW & CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance.
