Biography
Barclay is based in Foresight’s Dublin office, where he plays a pivotal role in delivering investments in the energy transition across Ireland. Barclay joined Foresight in 2022 to establish the Dublin office and launch the AIB Foresight SME Fund.
Prior to joining Foresight, Barclay worked at Bord Gáis Energy and Beauparc. He holds a BSc, an MBA and a Diploma in Arbitration Law.
