Reka Czegledi-Brown

Reka is Chief Operating Officer and a Partner at Foresight. She is responsible for the design and delivery of the Group's target operating model and governance framework, and oversees Risk, Compliance, Governance, Marketing and Technology. Reka joined Foresight in April 2026 to lead the Group's strategic transformation programme and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in August 2026.  

Prior to joining Foresight, Reka was Global Head of the Strategic Transformation Programs Office at EY, where she led firm-wide transformation initiatives and developed governance and performance frameworks to support strategic change. She previously served as Global Head of Conduct and Culture at Standard Chartered Bank and was a Partner in Oliver Wyman's Financial Services practice, advising boards and executive teams on strategy, growth and organisational transformation. 

With more than 25 years of experience across international financial institutions and professional services firms, Reka has led major transformation programmes covering operating models, governance, risk and organisational culture. She holds a Doctorate in Organisational Transformation from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Ashridge Business School and is a Fellow of the RSA.
